DEMO – Virtual Commissioning con ABB RobotStudio comandato da PLC S7-1200 e HMI reale connessi in OPC UA
🚀 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗟𝗖 𝗦𝟳-𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬, 𝗛𝗠𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝗔𝗕𝗕 Simulato 🤖
In questa demo mostro il controllo di un robot ABB in RobotStudio utilizzando un PLC Siemens S7-1200 e un pannello HMI reale, interconnessi tramite:
✅ 𝗢𝗣𝗖 𝗨𝗔 per lo scambio dati tra PLC e robot
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁 per la comunicazione con i dispositivi reali
👉 Il PLC invia ordini al robot e riceve i feedback in tempo reale, esattamente come avverrebbe in un impianto fisico.
👉 L’HMI consente all’operatore di interagire con la cella virtuale come se fosse sul campo.
🇬🇧 In this demo I show how to control an ABB robot in RobotStudio using a Siemens S7-1200 PLC and a real HMI panel, connected via:
✅ 𝗢𝗣𝗖 𝗨𝗔 for data exchange between PLC and robot
✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 for real device communication
👉 The PLC sends commands to the robot and receives real-time feedback, exactly as it would happen in a real plant.
👉 The HMI allows the operator to interact with the virtual cell as if working on the real machine.
⚡ 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗲̀ 𝗹𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: testare e validare la logica PLC, la comunicazione e il comportamento del robot prima di mettere mano all’impianto reale.
⚡ 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: testing and validating PLC logic, communication and robot behavior before working on the real system.
